Description
Initiate outbound calls to salons that are partners or potential partners of our beauty products and services.- Conduct structured feedback surveys to gather insights on their experiences, preferences, and areas of improvement.
- Daily Calls (Targets will be given after successfully completing training)
- Build and nurture positive relationships with salon owners and managers, serving as their main point of contact.
- Listen actively to their feedback, concerns, and suggestions, and ensure that they feel valued and heard.
- Address any issues, challenges, or queries raised by salon partners, and work towards effective solutions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Provide information to salon partners about our products, services, promotions, and updates.
- Educate them on how our offerings can benefit their business and enhance their services to clients.
- Document feedback, suggestions, and interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing feedback trends, key concerns, and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and address salon partner needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or account management, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor to effectively manage conversations and address concerns.
- Strong problemsolving skills to find solutions and resolve challenges faced by salon partners.
- Knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and salon operations is advantageous.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work independently.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and a team player.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback requirements.
