Retail Sales Executive - Navi Mumbai, India - Property Pistol

Job Profile
- Organize, Plan and Implement (realestate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and followup on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay uptodate with rules & amp; regulations in the Indian real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Meeting Property Service Providers.
- Making available property data base of the area.
- Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal visits.
- Need knowledge about paper work involved in Real estate transactions (both Primary and Resale both)
- Fluency in English, Hindi
- Sourcing properties from the potential market (both Direct properties and Via CP as well)

Salary:
₹17, ₹24,927.11 per month
