    Job Title: Fresher HR Recruiter

    Location: Remote (Work from Home)

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Job Description:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fresher HR Recruiters. As a Fresher HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Utilize various sourcing methods (such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract candidates for open positions.

    Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

    Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.

    Maintain candidate databases and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.

    Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

    Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

    Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Requirements:

    Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required.

    Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not mandatory.

    Training:

    A 45-day training period will be provided.

    During the training period, there will be no stipend provided.

    Training will cover various aspects of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Upon completion of training, a competitive salary will be provided.

    Additional incentives based on performance and targets achieved.

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this position is between 15,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
