KIVA Design Studio is a creative boutique architecture and interiors studio based in Hyderabad. The company was started by a senior architect with 20+ years industry experience, and the alumni of BITS-Pilani & IIT-Madras.

KIVA provides end-to-end architectural & interiors services across the domains of residential, commercial, offices, retail, and hospitality projects. We have done a variety of projects including farmhouses, villas, religious spaces, retail spaces, corporate offices, and hotels.

KIVA is looking to hire a 'Jr Architect' for architectural and interior projects.

• Work with the Principal Architect and Sr Interior Designers
• Preparing conceptual drawings, working drawings, and presentations for both Architectural and Interior Design projects
• Coordinate with external consultants and internal departments viz., Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Landscape Designers, Project Managers etc, and ensure that the project deadlines are met.
• Do site visits for quality checks whenever necessary, for both architectural and interiors projects
• Cross checking the drawings and giving approvals before issuing to the site
• Prepare BOQs, Budgeting, and Project Schedule for both architectural and interiors projects
• Architectural design development, space planning & detailing
• Assist in reviewing project proposals and specifications
• Prepare documents and presentations required for projects

- _Salary : _ Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month

Requirements:

- _Qualification: _ B. Arch or equivalent
- _Experience: _ 2+ years of experience

Tool Skills:
_ AutoCAD, MS Office
- _Skills: _ Knowledge in building bye-laws (GHMC, HMDA, Fire, Moef, AAI, HMWSSB); Knowledge of Vastu; Good Oral and Written Communication
