WE are hiring for Receivables or Collections Executive at Mumbai.

Experience 2 to 5 years

Salary :
upto 4 lakhs per annum

Accountable for managing the task of recovery of payment from the clients.

Effectively focusing on weekly or monthly billing of customers if any. Ensure that bills gets generated & processed for payment.
In case of nonpayment, in spite of aggressive follow up, escalate the issue to higher authorities.
Ensure Follow up of payments is done as per Work Order terms and Follow up of receivables is done by mails, phone calls.
Responsible for collecting TDS Certificates also.
Analyzing reasons for default for various accounts and propose settlement strategies plus Resolving Audit Queries
Look after account Receivables Control and management; devised plans for collection from customers.

Retention of Customers.
