Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:


  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decisionmaking.

Financial Planning and Analysis:


  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and trends, providing timely and accurate reports to support management decisions.

Risk Management:


  • Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Financial Reporting:


  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present financial performance and forecasts to the board and executive team.

Cash Flow Management:


  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital to support operational needs.
  • Implement efficient treasury and cash management practices.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):


  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conducting financial due diligence.
  • Lead financial negotiations and integration efforts for successful acquisitions.

Cost Management:


  • Implement cost control measures and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

Tax Planning:


  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

Team Leadership:


  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services business models and financial implications.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in leading financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Salary:
Up to ₹8,500,000.00 per year
