SALES EXECUTIVE - MALE/FEMALE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Male/Female) to be a part of our sales team, and manage the experience store located in Mannar.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Manage strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the store and achieve overall business goals.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively at store.
• Create and implement sales promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a similar environment (23 year experience).
• Ability to close sales via tele calls is a required skill.
• Must be a good team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in English, Malayalam & Hindi languages.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
• Any Bachelor's degree.

Working Conditions:

The Sales Executive will work full-time at our experience store/office and may be required to work weekends and holidays if required.

The work environment may be fast-paced and high-pressure, with occasional heavy lifting required. The Sales Executive will be expected to dress professionally and adhere to the company's dress code policy.


Package:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.

• INR 6 LPA (3.6 Lakh fixed pay + 2.4 Lakh performance pay ( After Successful completion of

Training

• Note: 20000 INR + incentives for first 3 months.
