Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in B2B context.

  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and great attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An independent starter who can lead initiatives, Adapt and manage their workflow effectively.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs and regularly measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to create engaging, brandconsistent content.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to enhance efficiency and visibility.
