The Skills you'll need
:


  • Proven experience in any Dynamics or Customer Service.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dataverse customizations, Workflows, Automate Workflows, XRM Web APIs, Dashboards etc.
  • Proven Experience in creating and customizing Model Driven apps and Custom Pages.
  • Proven experience with Solution management, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Good Analytical, Reasoning and Debugging Skills.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
  • Develop within Trek's Dynamics 365 CRM Online environment including: workflow customization, process automation, development of stakeholder reports, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
  • Manage environment users.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 online.
  • Execute testing needed to assure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements.
  • Provide endtoend training for CRM end users.
  • Proactively administer the CRM environments.
  • Proactively assist in communicating new features released to users.
  • Proactively share knowledge with coworkers and ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to cover duties during illness, vacations, training, etc.
  • Other duties as requested.
  • Migration from Microsoft dynamics to Microsoft business central is required

Good to have skills
:


  • Experience with Power BI, Canvas App development
  • Experience with tools Ribbon Workbench, XrmToolBox and plugin registration tool
  • Prior Experience with MS SharePoint and Document management integration with Dynamics or Model driven apps.
  • Good understanding of technologies such as RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON
  • Experience in taking requirements from clients and educating them about best practices.

₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
