    Job Title: Billing and Accounts

    Reports To: Finance Manager

    Job Summary: As a Billing and Accounts professional in the AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT SALE-INSTALLATION-SERVICE industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include accurate billing, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining financial records. You will contribute to the smooth financial operations of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Invoicing:
    Generate accurate invoices and bills for products and services provided to clients.
    Ensure all billing documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
    Track and verify billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
    Follow up with clients on overdue payments and implement collection procedures as necessary.
    Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Accounts Payable:
    Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
    Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and payment details.
    Maintain a systematic record of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
    Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
    Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
    Assist with audits and financial examinations when required.
