We are building a finance function for the future We are looking for an Operations Associate, specializing in Credit Operations.

You will find yourself at the heart of our mission, responsible for ensuring satisfaction of our Users who have chosen the company as their Financial Wellness Partner.

What will you do?

Be a part of the team that helps in disbursing credit transaction in a timely manner.
Work closely with banking and NBFC partners to ensure no disruptions to processes.
Help prepare reconciliation reports and files to be shared with external stakeholders.
Preparation of all internal MIS on tracking of disbursals, repayments and any other key metrics.
Work closely and collaboratively with other teams internally to ensure smooth processing of transactions and tight communication on any roadblocks, bottlenecks.
Work closely with the technical team to highlight any issues and help test out solutions.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
