QBurst is hiring a Data Architect with expertise in Data Fusion to help build extensive big data pipelines.

As a Data Architect at QBurst, you will be responsible for developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining architectures used for large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities:

Act as the technical leader for the 810 member GCP Data Engineering team
Participate in any GCP Data fusion and BigQueryrelated discussions
Continuously evaluate the ETL Architecture and propose improvements in architecture
Continuously evaluate the development processes and propose improvements
Act as the face of the BigQuery team in front of the client and explain any technical issues faced by the entire team
Support the team in addressing any technical blockers and escalate them to the client team and PMs on time
Play an active role in any presales estimations and proposals

Requirements:

Over 6 years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or related fields
Must have experience with Cloud Data Engineering using Data Fusion
Experience with BigQuery
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools
Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloudbased data integration tools and technologies
Experience with data modeling and data architecture design
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
