Designation - Interior Architect

Experience - 4 years plus

Location - Vashi

CTC LPA to 6.00 LPA

Qualification - B.Arch

Planning as per D.C rules, Municipal Drawing Sheet
Drafting Plans, Section and Elevation
F.S.I and Area Calculation
Presentation Drawing
Designing layout such as Interior layout
Experience of 2D and 3D designs.
Should have worked in projects like in large commercial/public building/infrastructure projects/convention centre.
Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
Interfaces with Head Engineering and project managers.
Works in tandem with highly collaborative multidiscipline design teams.
Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution
Diploma in Interior Designer.
14 years of architectural experience Buildings, Interior
14 Years experience working with a Architect Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi, Both written and oral.
