Within the EA you will be part of Automation Centre of Excellence which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia's Business Groups and Functions via Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP- NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g.

for SAP - Winshuttle); Automated Data Migration, among others.

As part of the Automation Centre of Excellence, your role as Project manager responsible will be responsible for delivering complex multigenerational projects using the Agile and Waterfall Project management techniques wherein would be required to direct, coordinate, implement, execute control and complete the software projects using RPA/RDA, Service Now and Power App technologies.

As domain architect you would be managing strategy and architecture for all technologies part of Low Code Application Development (LCAP) domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

Lead the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with agreed requirements utilizing multiple platform for Workflow automation.
Establish policies, principles and practices for the selection of solution architecture components.
Manage tradeoffs and balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organisation. Communicate proposed decisions to stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage the target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives.
Maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensures consistency of design and adherence to appropriate standards across multiple projects or initiatives.
Contributes to and ensures implementation of agreed good practice and technical standards in meeting this vision
Active contributor and leader within the community of Architects
Understand business changing business needs, keep on market trends and make choice of all new / renew solutions within the Domain based on needs
Run the process for technology selection within the Domain
Partner with Nokia Service Now, Office 365 platform & data analytics team to align on architecture guidelines and aligning on ways of working.
Create best fit architecture for different project adhering to Security, Compliance, Integration guidelines by coordinating with relevant teams
Should contribute to Augmented Automation initiatives by onboarding AI capabilities along with workflow platforms to enable user with better decision making.
Perform POCs for identified augmented automation use cases and scale them up.

Key Skills:

13+ years of IT experience and major experience in endtoend solution design on multiple platform Data Analytics, Intelligent Workflow management, Cloud Technologies, Service Now
Minimum 57 years of experience in driving overall architecture activities for Data Analytics & workflow management tool
Experience in creating technology architecture visions and driving architecture policies to adhere to target architecture
In depth understanding of developing & utilizing AI, ML models to solve business problems
Experience of utilizing AI, ML models along with Workflow technologies to enable users with better decision making.
Good knowhow of cognitive technologies using Python, Azure Cognitive Services.
Good to have experience on workflow technologies like ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Apps.
Extensive experience in working with Enterprise Architecture team and other cross function architects to build scalable architecture adhering to Enterprise Architecture guideline
Strong Experience in front ending client facing discussions and drive architectural discussion for critical transformation programs
Must have outstanding communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. This includes making presentations, leading technical discussions.
