Job Description:


  • Female Telecaller needed with good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Handle inbound calls, provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and address complaints.
  • Record customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments in a professional manner.
  • Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to relevant departments.
  • Convert potential customers into regular clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Understand customer requirements and sell medicines accordingly.
  • Strong experience in pharma sales and tele sales required.
  • Should be openminded, willing to learn and work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education preferred.
  • Fulltime position with Monday to Saturday day shift schedule.
  • Salary of ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month plus bonuses if targets are met.
