overseeing the preparation of shift schedules, monitoring calls, evaluating, recommending, and coordinating certification/recertification training, and supervising staff.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Word processing skills.
  • Spreadsheet preparation.
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • MS Excel.

Work Days: 5 days/week (Rotational)
