    Position Overview:

    As an Interior Designer at STS Interiors, you'll play a pivotal role in creating captivating interior spaces for our diverse clientele. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors, you'll translate visions into reality while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

    Responsibilities:

    Design and conceptualize interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.

    Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and construction drawings using design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.

    Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.

    Source materials and finishes within specified cost parameters.

    Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction phase.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.

    Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.

    Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.

    Strong knowledge of design principles, color schemes, and materials.

    Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

    Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

    Additional Information:
