Description

Urgently hiring for the role of Interior Designer, Vashi Navi Mumbai Location. Candiate must have experience into Residential Interior Designing.

Experience: 4 Years - 6 Years

Skills:
Auto CAD, REVIT

Design Coordination with the Interior consultants, Project execution and monitoring will be the primary role
Should have an understanding of standard practices in the Interior industry at real estate.
Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of driving a diverse set of people and vendors to a common goal.
Coordination with Interior consultant and MEP consultants for the deliverables.
Conduct design coordination and review meeting with contactors on their progress review.
Provide Value engineering inputs.
Ensure correctness in the consultant's drawing.
Ensure that contractual and estimation team issues are identified, highlighted and resolved
Cost monitoring & control through site team and HO team
Monitor progress of works against the project schedule
Documentation and data control.
Ensure all quality control is adhered at site.
Solve complex problems of the construction at sites and timely escalates the unsolved to the Department head.
Partner with the Procurement team for finalization of vendors as per the agreed timelines
Ensure process and measure for monitoring and evaluating performance of consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors.
