Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced CRM Executive to join our Service Team/Post Sales Team. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Use MS Office tools effectively to maintain accurate customer records, generate reports, and analyze data.
The salary offered will be based on the current salary, with a 10% to 15% hike.

Require good communication skills
- minimum qualification graduate

  • Only FEMALES are preferred for this role.
  • 6 months to 3 years experience
  • Freshers with good knowledge can also apply
- must have basic computer knowledge


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
