UI/UX Designer

JOB SYNOPSIS

We are looking for experienced UI/UX designers to create modern user-friendly interfaces that enable users to understand how to use complex technical products.

One must be passionate about the latest design trends, technologies, and devices. You will be working alongside other designers, project managers, and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with product owners to develop wireframes, and mockups, to meet stakeholder requirements.

Conduct user research, and create user personas.

Design Style Guide and UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, etc.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how a website/app function and look like.

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Deliver design solutions within a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio to demonstrate UX case studies and UI/UX design skills for both mobile and web platforms.

Must have good design aesthetics, visualization & conceptualization capabilities.

Understanding of UX principles, Material Design, and human interface guidelines.

Expertise with visual design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Good time-management skills.

Degree or certification in UI/UX design.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working on diverse projects following an Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
