Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights.
  • Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an everchanging landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
  • Know the competition: Understand online and offline players.
  • Onboarding a new client through direct contact, B2B, Word of mouth and collaboration with sales and marketing team.
  • Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Enthusiastic to build a good relationship with client
  • Achieving target of 3 to 5 prospective onsite visits every week.
  • You are responsible for the negotiation with purchase manager and enclosing deal closes.
  • Lead generation through various channels
  • Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company norms.

Skills:


  • Educational background MBA with 2 to 3yrs experience in Sales & Marketing Or Business Development.
  • Knowledge of Retail, Food industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organization


  • Languages Preferred

  • Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu.

About the company:
We are into poultry processing business for the last 3 years.

Our own farms, as well as those close to the facility, provide us with a reliable supply of high-quality, traceable birds.

We provide chicken and chicken parts to organized retail, customers and are in talks with Indian QSR chains, marts, restaurants, Hotels, institutions, and Caterers.


We have taken the utmost care to comply with all regulatory requirements set forth by the government in order to develop our facilities.

The plant's water and air quality are of the highest calibre and conform to legal criteria for food safety standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
