• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute Contiinspired menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, creativity, and innovation.
• Oversee daytoday operations of the Conti kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards to meet customer expectations.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in developing new dishes and refining existing recipes, staying updated on culinary trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, catering functions, and menu promotions.

• 57 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, with a focus on Conti cuisine.
• Proven track record of culinary excellence, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles, techniques, and presentation.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent apprenticeship preferred.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
