Description
Preparation of annual compensation and benefits budget for India. Includes monitoring and reporting for any adjustments

  • End to end implementation of yearly C&B programs like pay budgeting, pay review, variable compensation payouts, promotions etc.
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external benchmarks by working closely with external vendors, internal analytics teams. This will include
  • Conducting salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
  • Analysing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Using various methods and techniques and recommending data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Leading, managing or participating in the strategic projects and initiatives
  • Advising business HRs in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and employee engagement
  • Conducting / assisting in periodic audits

Primary Skill:


  • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 6+ years
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Good understanding of current labour rules and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel as well as other tools related to quantitative and qualitative analysis

Secondary Skill:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
