Description
Preparation of annual compensation and benefits budget for India. Includes monitoring and reporting for any adjustments- End to end implementation of yearly C&B programs like pay budgeting, pay review, variable compensation payouts, promotions etc.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external benchmarks by working closely with external vendors, internal analytics teams. This will include
- Conducting salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
- Analysing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Using various methods and techniques and recommending data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Leading, managing or participating in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Advising business HRs in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and employee engagement
- Conducting / assisting in periodic audits
Primary Skill:
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 6+ years
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Good understanding of current labour rules and regulations
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office, especially MS Excel as well as other tools related to quantitative and qualitative analysis
Secondary Skill:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
