A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current & prospective customers over the phone.

Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

They ensure the prospects are aware of the services along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel.

Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience.
