***: As a warehouse and logistics executive, you will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to customer service. You may also be required to pick customer orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine, pack and ship customer orders and troubleshoot problems to resolution. You will have to adhere to strict safety and quality standards. You will be required to have the ability to fit into any role that needs to be performed in the fulfilment center not limited to picking an order, stowing a cart and loading or unloading material, will be given preference.

Employment type:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaising with suppliers on delivery status to ensure there are no risks to Inventory.
Maintenance of Procurement records and databases (e.g. Order tracking).
Maintaining clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities.
Delivering policy and process training to requesters and key stakeholders/functions.
Utilizing multiple databases and systems to deliver accurate metrics, reporting and analytics.
Managing the relationship with our internal customers and suppliers.
Listening to associates and being supportive of managers.
Answering requests and always getting back to people.

Desired Skills:

Experience in handling consumables and Packaging Material.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Inventory Management and Cycle Counts.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in dealing with both internal and external customers/suppliers at all levels.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels to manage expectations and push back where appropriate.
Willing to work overtime as and when required.
Able to read, write and take directions/instructions in English.
Able to frequently push, pull, bend, and reach.
Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Willing to regularly stand and/or walk during shifts.
Willing to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts.
Push and pull heavy products.
Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists.
Must exhibit the best behaviour while at work.
Always be up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and processes.
Be right, honest, and be willing to accept mistakes.
Be willing to push their limits and accept more responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
