Job Summary
Skyline Infrastructure owned and operated by Mr. Velayudhan (Babu Nair) began as a civil works contractor in 2003.
Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in painting, interior designing and civil works.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining Sales, purchase and Labour Outstanding.
- Follow Up for payments from clients.
- Preparing Monthly - Provisional P&L, Project wise and Cash Flow Statement (Sales Outstanding).
- Preparing Weekly - Receivable Report and Payable Report (Labour contractors and Dealers)
- Ensure that month end process is done and according to reporting schedule.
- Handle Internal Audit such as Stock and Fixed asset.
- Coordinating with Auditor for Income Tax Finalization, Income Tax Scrutiny, TDS Intimation, CST Assessment and PF Notice with Consultant.
- Handle the Petty cash & recording the transactions in the books of Account.
- Know to Generate E way bill.
- Ensure that all C form is collected from Customer and uploaded in Vat site.
- Cost controlling wherever is necessary.
- Handling Day to Day Accounting and Bank Activities.
- Preparing and maintaining attendance ESI, PF, Register, Payroll Report and Pay slip.
- Maintaining WC policy, Labour compliance for required projects.
- Have the knowledge of complete HR work from Joining to Exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain admin work.

Experience:
Fresher/1 year
Skills:
Microsoft office and Tally ERP 9.0
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
