    This position is with one of my Fintech client leading financial services platform with a mission to provide access to fair, fast, affordable and transparent financial products for millions of borrowers across India.


    • By providing a simple, clean, efficient and easy to navigate digital platform, it empowers individuals in helping to take charge of their financial health
    • It provides affordable financial products to borrowers in India to meet their credit needs and is among the top 5 financial services platforms. The firm also strives to create opportunities for borrowers with limited credit footprints to participate in the formal financial system, thereby enabling them to build their credit footprint and successfully embark on a journey of economic As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE3) specializing in web frontend, you will be a pivotal contributor to the development and enhancement of our backoffice software. Your role will involve translating user requirements into engaging and responsive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop scalable and efficient Native components for the web frontend.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
    • Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on Native
    • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Proven experience in building and optimizing user interfaces for responsiveness and performance.
    • Strong UX design skills with an understanding of usercentric design principles.
    • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
    • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
