  • Working knowledge of Handling and Maintaining new joining users & notice period for resignation end user asset life cycle through the IMAC process & Physical Asset Verification once a year &IMAC stands for install, move, add, and change, Physical Asset Verification.
  • Working knowledge of Handling with an Understanding of basic auditing, control assessments, & policy & standard. Good understanding of software license management and maintaining IT hardware records.
  • Working knowledge of Handling Hardware & Software IT Assets Management (SAM) CMDB asset management support, sapphires portal tool & BMC Remedy portal tool.
  • Working knowledge of Handling and Maintaining IT assent Inventory maintenance the Excel of functions such as Vlookup, Xlookup, PIVOT Table, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Handling Vendor Management, Vendor Performance, PR Creation, Invoice Approvals, Procuring software licenses / IT Consulting, Lease and Maintenance of Hardware/Software.
  • Working knowledge of Handling IMAC Software checklist: Verify the compliance SCCM console and all in-use assets are reflected in the SCCM console.  & Share discrepancy report with the compliance team so that assets not reflecting in the SCCM console can be checked remotely or physically.
  • Working knowledge of Handling McAfee and Symantec consoles. all use assets are reflected in the antivirus console.
  • Generate quarterly asset inventory report All in-use assets should be reflected in SCCM, CMDB asset management support, sapphires portal tool, BMC Remedy portal tool, and Antivirus console.

  • Working knowledge of SCCM tool for installation & configuration of new system & update SCCM Patches with C-clean 3rd party tool.
  • Working knowledge of Handling Domain Related Issues (joining & deleting) in various operating systems in the Office Lan network and used Checkpoint VPN to add domain WFH user (Provide user access SVPN ).
  • Working knowledge of Handling Windows Active directory & environments and troubleshooting the Creation of user-profiles and groups in the domain.
  • Working knowledge of E-mail configuration – client-side Webmail office 365, and Zimbra mail configure in Microsoft   Outlook 2007,2010,2013,2016, Standard Edition, outlook configure, pop and SMTP server, Imap server configures office 365 mail with patch file Mail.
  • Working knowledge of Handling Remote access: Microsoft teams app, Cisco web meeting, Zoom meeting Skype app, Quick Assist, Remote Desktop, Team Viewer, Any desk, Ultra viewer, Virtual Private Network.
