Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AWS and DevOps, tailored to meet the needs of various audiences including professionals, developers, and IT teams.

Design training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, exercises, and assessments, to ensure effective learning and skill development.


Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and tools to engage and facilitate learning.


Provide guidance and support to trainees, answering questions and addressing concerns to enhance their understanding and proficiency in AWS and DevOps.


Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AWS services, DevOps tools, and related technologies, incorporating relevant updates into the training curriculum.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.

Assist in developing certification pathways and training roadmaps for individuals and organizations seeking AWS and DevOps certifications.

Actively participate in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, webinars, and workshops, to enhance personal knowledge and expertise.


Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in cloud computing and AWS services, with a focus on DevOps practices and tools.


Strong understanding of AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, and others, and their integration in DevOps workflows.


In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or courses, preferably in the IT industry.

AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or related certifications, are highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and customer requirements.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
