Key Responsibilities:

The PMO Analyst plays a crucial role in the change structure providing day-to-day support to the key business projects within the transformation portfolio.

Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
Collaborate with the Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work
Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery of change.
Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure all progress and change is communicated simply and effectively.
Work with HR to ensure training and cultural change is included in project plans.
Provide excellent and robust governance across the delivery portfolio
Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues and present findings and recommendations to Transformation Lead, Business COO Office and other support teams
Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams

Qualifications:
years of work experience from BFSI industry in Project Management with proven success in project execution

PMP Certification is a plus
Experience in developing and implementing new business processes
Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management
Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
Strong leadership: must lead change transformation and influence others to act in support of change
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver highquality results

Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
