As a Personal/Executive Assistant to the Directors at The Hustler Collective, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Directors, helping them manage their time, tasks, and priorities effectively.

This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.


Key Responsibilities:


Calendar Management:
Maintain and organize the Directors' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and manage conflicting priorities.


Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements.


Document Management:
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as requested, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed.


Expense Management:
Track and reconcile expenses, create expense reports, and ensure timely submission.


Project Assistance:
Provide administrative support for special projects, research tasks, and other ad hoc assignments as needed.


Liaison:
Interact with Government and other Departments, representing the Directors and the company in a positive manner.


Office Management:
Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and managing files and records.


Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost confidentiality in all interactions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: 3-4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
