Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for Instagram video content
Shoot highquality video footage that aligns with the company's brand and aesthetic
Edit and produce engaging video content optimized for Instagram, including but not limited to stories, reels, IGTV, and feed posts
Create visually appealing thumbnails and cover images for Instagram videos
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all video content
Stay uptodate with Instagram trends, features, and best practices for video content
Optimize videos for maximum engagement and reach on Instagram, including captioning, tagging, and using relevant hashtags
Manage video assets and maintain an organized library of footage and editing projects
Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and social media managers, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Instagram video content
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and sound design
Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and other postproduction techniques
Knowledge of Instagram's video specifications and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
