About the role
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will be based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid role).

You will be reporting to the Recruiting Coordination Lead and you will be part of the global recruiting coordination team and the wider global recruitment operation team.


What you'll be doing

Interview Coordination:

  • You will act as a coordination point of contact for the recruiting area you support

Reporting and Metrics:

  • Compile recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for the team meetings
  • Analyse scheduling workload and interviewer capacity data and metrics using our various recruitment tools and dashboards
Projects

  • Manage the interviewer onboarding (calibration/training) for your supporting area and track progress

Requirements:


  • Have 1+ years industry experience either in Recruitment or HR or in a coordination/administrative/scheduler role
  • Fluency in English language is a must
  • Have the ability to analyse low to moderate complexity data using various recruitment dashboards to report and present your findings back to your stakeholders (recruitment team, hiring managers, interviewers)
