Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a


Responsibilities:


  • Manage endtoend ecommerce operations, including order processing, inventory
management, and shipping coordination.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels, including
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, working closely with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer queries and provide insights to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address concerns and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer handling processes and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management and customer query handling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Experience in using customer service platforms and systems.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customercentric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary:
