Service Management Platform Product Services

Our team has a successful software platform deployed at 70 of the world's leading telecommunications companies. Tens of thousands of Call Center Agents as well as tens of millions of subscribers use this software.

We make it easy for these companies to integrate their backend systems into troubleshooting and diagnostic modules that we expose through self-service, agent consoles, and APIs.

What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about software and growing as a full-stack developer.

As a Java developer in our team, you will:


  • Design and develop features for the product, following SAFe practices
  • Write automated unit and integration tests that ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with other teams (Support, Customer Projects) to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Work with the documentation team to ensure features are correctly documented and can be used by customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues

Your skills and experience

You have:
years' experience as Java J2EE developer writing code from the database up to the web tier.

  • Oracle Database or mysql Database (knowledge of database design and schemas) or Maria DB
- , Angular ,HTML, DHTML, Javascript, Rhino and JQuery

  • Web Services, XML and XSLT
  • Networking (knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, Routing, etc)
  • Unix (Solaris) and Linux
  • Understanding of DevOps methodology and associated tools such as: GIT/Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Dimensioning of Solution, Technical Solution feasibility, Compliance of requirements defined, Accuracy of Professional Services scoping and costing and SAR Gates adherence to contractual milestones
  • Knowledge and experience with the professional services project lifecycle (agile methods, requirements capture, construction, Quality Assurance and deployment)
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to formulate alternative approaches
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Working experience with cloud technologies like OpenStack, Amazon Web Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
  • Knowledge of JBoss 6.X+/ Wildfly 11+, Hibernate 5.x, and Oracle/MariaDB database SQLs
  • Knowledge of Keycloak, Camunda BPMN workflows
  • Industry knowledge of Telecommunications related consumer products a plus
  • Knowledge of Broadband transport technology is a plus
