Description

Your Role:

Understanding specific skill gaps and training requirements in collaboration with department heads
Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for product, process and skills, using diverse instructional techniques
Ensuring training content & KMS is updated regularly
Creating knowledge assessments, conduct dip checks, etc. to check and enhance front line knowledge
Generating reports from accurately maintained training records to track the impact of training on performance
Assessing training effectiveness and improving training content through feedback and performance metrics


Qualifiers:

Minimum 2 years as a Customer Service Trainer
Basic understanding of at least 1 sport
Knowledge of KMS & LMS tools
