Description

• Proactively identify informal actors working in ewaste dismantling, recycling and aggregation and their clusters (areas) through onground research
• Identify potential stakeholders within the allotted region in ewaste management sector who are informal and wish to formalise by coming together
• Effectively communicate unique ideas, concepts and solutions offered to potential stakeholders for formalisation through access to government schemes, subsidies and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction through problem resolution.
• Conduct facetoface meetings, presentations, workshops and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of ideas and concepts.
• Meet and exceed targets through planning and execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve the project objectives and organisational goals.
• Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the reporting manager based on daily activities, progress, and challenges encountered in the field.
• Document key interactions, developments, and any relevant data for organizational analysis.

• Graduate in any stream, preference would be in social science/science/environment science/engineering in mechanical or civil.
• Should be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in the local language
• Minimum one year experience in concept selling.
• Minimum two years of experience in working in waste management sector.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation for field visits.
