    Description

    Primary skill: SAP for Utilities CRM

    Experience Range: 5 to 8 years

    Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To Work as SAP CRM utilities Functional Consultant
    • Well versed with CRM WebUI 70 Configurations
    • Perform Impact/Feasibility Analysis, Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developed functionalities.
    • Prepare Testing Scenarios and Test Scripts , Perform Unit/SIT/Pre prod testing
    • Work on Continuous Improvements and Tickets on BAU space.

    Technical Experience:

    • At least 5 years hands on experience in designing/developing SAP CRM - ISU Solutions with minimum two CRM/IS-U implementation projects or SAP ABAP
    • Should have Good knowledge in SAP CRM 70
    • Should have Good knowledge in SAP CRM 70
    • Good understanding in End to End Process of Utilities - Web Client UI CRM - Base Customizing in CRM/IS-utilities
    • Good Understanding of CRM/ISU Master data setup

    Professional Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
    • Strong analytical capabilities to solve complicated issues.
    • Must be a team player and team manager.
    • Excellent Presentation skills will be a plus

    Educational Qualification:

    Minimum 15 years of full-time education Degree in Engineering will be a plus
