ExxonMobil's Affiliates in India

ExxonMobil has established offices in India, specifically in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil's Indian affiliates support the Product Solutions business by engaging in marketing, sales, and distribution of performance and specialty products in the chemicals and lubricants sectors. The planning teams in India collaborate with global business units for strategic planning and analytics.

The LNG affiliate in India, supporting the upstream business, provides consulting services to other ExxonMobil affiliates and engages in activities related to LNG market development.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center offers various technical and business support services to ExxonMobil's operations worldwide.

Your Role in Our Team

Provide global support to the Procurement organization by developing applications and solutions to automate internal processes and tasks
Develop and maintain databases, applications, data pipelines, and APIs, ensuring documentation and controls like risk assessments and security models are in place

Tasks You Will Undertake

Develop, maintain, and improve databases, applications, and data pipelines using tools such as C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Nintex, Python, SQL, VBA Script, Web APIs, and TFS (Azure Dev Ops)
Offer technical solutions to the Global Procurement function
Automate internal processes and tasks
Contribute to the development of architecture, roadmaps, technical standards, and conventions
Evaluate and introduce new technology offerings and products
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and efficiency in finding effective solutions
Optimize application code for efficiency
Provide training to end-users on new applications

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience with C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Nintex, Python, SQL, VBA Script, Web APIs, and TFS (Azure Dev Ops)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 6.5
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in programming languages to develop applications

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse team environments
Background in procurement data knowledge is advantageous
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
