Description

We are looking to hire an energetic person to work as our Office Assistant to help with our property management business.

This is a remote role. You must have your own computer with great internet speed available at your home.


As an office assistant your responsibilities will be will include but not limited to the following:


  • Assist with office work e.g. handle phones, handle visitors, assist with paper work, etc.
  • Assist property manager manage our properties
  • Help manage our leasing
  • Help manage our tenant relations
  • Help with evictions
  • Response with emergency need

Work hours:
9 am - 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday

  • Great English Speaking and Writing skill is a
    MUST
:


  • Office management experience is a
    MUST.
  • At least have a Bachelors degree. This is a
    MUST.
  • Patient and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience managing people
  • Must be open to response on emergency needs off hours
  • Able to learn new software and work with it.
  • Able to learn new skills.
  • Be a team player.
  • Great organization skills is key for success in this role.

Pay:
From ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
