• Drafting, amending and reviewing agreements, including land acquisition related like sale deed, joint development agreements, etc; those related to funding like shareholders' agreements, loan agreements, mortgage deeds, etc.
• Briefing outside counsels about the cases and documents to be presented.
• Conducting title diligence of land parcels, understanding and evaluating the issues and risks involved in the same.
• Coordinating and negotiating with landowners with respect to any land purchases
• Reviewing and opining on the revenue records relating to the properties.
• Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts for all internal departments
• Develop strategies and provide advice to management after going through litigations/case details

• Should be good at legal drafting
• both litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Should have good knowledge of the title diligence and risks in the title of immovable properties
• Should have indepth knowledge of the Real Estate Laws and Acts.
• Must have experience in initiating/ defending/ managing litigation, with a keen aim at solving cases.
• Should be able to handle both litigation & nonlitigation matters.
• Conversant and fluent in the Marathi language
