    Job Title: SAP release Manager

    Experience:8-10 Years

    Noticeperiod: Immediate to 15 days

    Location: Bangalore

    JD:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·Reviewand establish best practices to manage SAP deployments.

    ·Establishthe available deployment windows for SAP Releases

    ·Chair,co-ordinate and minute CAB Meetings and SAP Advisory board meetings

    ·Managerelationships and coordinate work between different teams at differentlocations.

    ·Maintaina change management Repository and manage key information such as quality andrelease procedures.

    ·ForwardPlan the release windows and cycles across.

    ·Managerisks and resolve issues that affect multiple releases across multipleprogrammes.

    ·Responsiblefor ensuring compliance in process execution.

    ·Reporton key KPI?s for SAP Change Management processes.

    ·Recordand manage deviations, risks, issues related to the defined change managementprocesses.

    ·DriveContinuous improvement to the process.

    ·Continuousimprovements on release process defined.

    ·Co-ordinationwith connected systems owners, middleware (Azure) teams, testing dependenciesto have the right schedule & Dependencies captured and resolved in time.

    ·Reporton key KPI?s for SAP Change Management processes

    ·Keepan auditable record of all requests and their outcomes.

    ·Manageand mitigate release risks.

    ·Managinga SAP release calendar with SAP & non-SAP dependencies

    EXPERIENCE:

    ·5+years' experience within a similar role

    ·8+years of experience in SAP Technology

    ·Multinationalenvironment experience

    ·Proventrack record in managing multiple internal key stakeholder relationships.

    ·Knowledgeof software development life cycle and methodologies

    ·Provenexperience on large scale ERP programmes (Such as SAP S/4) ideally withmulti-phase delivery and a complex footprint (regions /multi-site)

    ·Provenrelease and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of projectmanagement principles preferred)

    ·Practicalexperience of a broad range of release techniques, methodologies and tools suchas SAP Charm, Focus Build, Jira or MS DevOps, Jenkins, Docker.
