Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' packaging needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop longterm partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about the latest packaging products, materials, and innovations.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our packaging solutions to clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Sales Targets:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Close deals and secure longterm partnerships with clients.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
