Position Summary:

The coordinator is part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, mainly supports the recruitment team in India.

The coordinator provides professional support to recruiters on all aspects of the lifecycle of recruitment under mínimal supervision and is self-motivated and leads on individual projects and process improvements as necessary.

Attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, organisational efficiency, cultural awareness, commitment, strong oral and written communication skills and team-working are essential for this role.

Previous experience of working in a support function in a professional environment is desirable with a focus on recruitment.


Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment

Assist in managing and maintaining requisitions on Workday and ensuring processes are completed in a timely manner.

Interview

Tracking and managing data around the interviewing and hiring process and producing it in an accurate and timely fashion.
Offer Process

Maintenance of database and filing system.

Managing background screening processes.
Administrative Tasks

Marketing

Assisting in creating marketing materials.

Administrative assistance and logistics for careers events.

Posting vacancies to campus portals.
General


Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of the coordinator role may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.

The coordinator will also be responsible for delivering projects and process improvements.


Competencies and Experiences Required:

Degree holder in any discipline

Relevant 1-2 years experiences in a recruitment support/admin function

Detail-oriented, flexible and willing to learn

Strong liaison and project management skills

Efficient and effective individual who can work on multiple tasks

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Has experience of utilizing HR systems and processes and analysing complex data will be preferred
