Experience:
- Min 6 months in BPO for the highest package
- Graduate Freshers are also eligible
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outsourcing/offshoring environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In English
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding company products and services.
