We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Risk and Controls Officer.


In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain filters, custom dashboards, and reports to provide endusers and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports using JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Build and maintain collaboration spaces in Confluence
  • Create and maintain JIRA epics, projects and tickets, specifically to support the delivery of key Audit asks.
  • Modify / Update / Design JIRA Dashboards to be used in key decision making meetings and reviews.
  • Extracting, manipulating and transforming data from variety of Data sources.
  • Advanced use of data visualisation, especially in JIRA and Confluence, as well as to support PowerPoint presentations
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Support the Audit workflow process, including managing team mailboxes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA Core, JIRA Software, Confluence, and key 3rd-party add-ons.
  • Experience using JQL statements & data extraction from Jira.
  • Must have strong Excel reporting abilities; Pivot tables, pivot charts, slicers, building dashboards.
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure required to support a global organisation.
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Experience in a Data Analyst role.
  • Experience building, managing and enforcing standards.
  • Effectively prioritizes work, troubleshoots issues, communicates, and completes tasks on time.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Word).
  • Be able to work across teams to accomplish goals.
  • Have a dedication to the quality and ownership of your work product.
  • Have empathy and support for your teammates.
