We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team at Softieons.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging with clients, and achieving sales targets for Residieons which is a real estate CRM for brokers, Builders, Agency Owners and architects.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.

Client Engagement:Conduct in-person visits and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Residieons.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and product knowledge.

Sales Conversion:Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
Negotiate and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Target Setting:Collaborate with the sales team to establish ambitious yet achievable sales targets.
Regularly monitor and report on progress towards meeting and exceeding targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Need to have strong knowledge in the field of Real Estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to conduct inperson client visits.
- Goaloriented and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
