Job Summary


We are looking for an Admissions Executive (Sales Nature) to join our new
Chennai branch to join our core team to shape our marketing and sales organisation.

Development and implementation of community outreach strategies and plans, To interact with parents, to provide an introduction of the school, to arrange school tours for them, and help them in completing the admission formalities.


Responsibilities and Duties
Communicating with the target audience, and managing customer relationships during the admission procedures.

Assist in the development of effective above-the-line & below-the-line marketing communication strategies & plans needed for the brand and drive implementation of all such activities
Sourcing and developing promotional opportunities in all suitable media and platforms to target current & prospective audiences to achieve marketing & business objectives

Primarily responsible for the execution of all community outreach communications & activities, particularly below-the-line activities like direct mailing, promotions, events, RWA programmes, road shows etc.

Organising events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc. and school tours for parents & children
Responsible for all day-to-day activities of the communications function including budgeting and working with the internal team & partners/vendors

Develop best practices and scalable practices in community outreach
Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials and archiving / storage of all digital assets
Attend to customers/ parents queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintaining and updating target customer database.
Keep the website up to date as necessary using the internal web administration tools
Assist in managing lead generation through various channels and ensure effective database management and optimum conversions through effective follow-ups on the leads


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • High energy person with a passion for this area
  • A career oriented person with a focus for results
  • Must be flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks within compressed time frames and have proven ability to implement marketing and communication activities.
