Job Description Summary:
You will join the global services Team, a handful of people working at helping regional service P&Ls grow.
You will reinforce and improve business processes and IT apps enabling to propose the right service at the right time to the right customer, and thus enabling us to keep growing profitably.
Essential Responsibilities
- Review business processes and identify areas of improvements.
- Map the Services Teams' current practices.
- Create guidelines and support internal trainings.
- Define specifications for digital implementations.
- Own testing and feedback of "Service 360" customer portal for enhanced customer experience.
It involves interacting with various stakeholders and functions (Sales, Project Management, Sourcing, Service operations, marketing,) as well as with the regional service P&Ls.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's (or Master's Degree) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Analytical skills and ability to express in a concise way
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with people from different functions or regions.
- Selfmotivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a matrixed, globally based teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Fluent in English with strong writing & communication skills
