The position is for a Document Verification Unit (DVU) Manager based out of Mumbai and reporting to the Head, PBC Liability Operations / TL - DVU.

Your KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensuring error free and timely reverts to branches w.r.t. documents which are presented for account opening and maintenance
  • Ensuring error free processing of KYC renewals / post onboarding maintenance related documents
  • Ensuring timely publication of First Time Not Right reports
  • Design & Publication of trackers on TAT & Quality parameters
  • Preparation and dispatch of various Client communications
  • Tracking of deferrals

Your SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Should possess expertise of KYC related guidelines
  • Should be aware of responsibilities of a bank where KYC documentation is concerned
  • Should have excellent working knowledge of Excel Good communication & leadership skills
